SWE PUNE Affiliate Turns 5 – Celebration
It gives us immense pleasure and pride to share that SWE Pune
Affiliate is celebrating its 5th year anniversary in July 2020.
Pune affiliate was founded in 2015 with 6 members and today, it
has 200+ members and is associated with 20 + corporates in Pune. Over the past few years, we have been successful in providing development opportunities for leadersip and technical skills. We have also conducted various STEM activities for girl students to give them a glimpse of how they can create a world
of difference by choosing engineering as a career.
As we enter our 6th year, we take this opportunity to thank you for being a vital partner in helping us create and sustain this platform.

Group Coaching Session on “Progressing Oneself”
Objective:
To take the participants through a 2 hour group coaching exercise. This would be a scientific process of taking stock of one’s career and find answers around how to progress oneself.
This would be a dual opportunity , delving deeper into the hard questions we don’t ask ourselves often and experiencing coaching as a technique.
What is Coaching:
· Coaching is about Creating awareness, Enhancing perceptions and Expanding horizons.
· Taking the coachee deep within where he/she cannot go on his/her own, its about generating options, more options and more choices.
· During the coaching process, individuals use their strengths to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
· They focus on discovering solutions.
