Stueti Gupta is a techpreneur, co-founded a knowledge consulting company assisting organizations towards integrated digital engineering. She co-founded SWE Pune Affiliate and has held various leadership roles in Society of Women Engineers locally in India as well as in global initiatives. She received the SWE Distinguished Award in 2016, first one from India to receive the award. She also received the 2021 WE Local Most Engaged Award from Society of Women Engineers for her efforts towards advancement of women in engineering.
Sameera Shaikh
Manager, Supply Chain Shared Services, John Deere
Sameera is leading Regional Shared services for Parts Supply Chain that includes support to India, China, SE Asia, Europe, Brazil & US PDCs. She completed her mechanical engineering & pursued her master’s in management from Pune University.
Sameera also has the responsibility of leading SWE Vertical under the John Deere India’s women affinity group creating an inclusive & diverse work group. A SWE member for the past 7 years, Sameera also has been a SWE International Ambassador for past two years & lead committee member for International Outreach work group.
With over 19 years of experience in challenging roles, she believes that women are competent to write their own success stories helping the entire community to conquer more & overcome the prevalent unconscious biases/stereotypes at work & society at large.
Shivani Koul
Marketing Lead, Akshaya Agri
Shivani is an engineer by profession, working closely with farmers to see how to make agriculture technology easily available, transferable and adaptable by the farming community. She is a strong advocate of STEM education among children, considering it a wireframe of any educational stream.
At present, she is working as a Marketing Lead for Akshaya Agri Equipment and Services Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, she has lead various leadership roles in John Deere in Product and Marketing. She is 2020 Global SWE award recipient for Advocacy of Women in Engineering.
She has done Agricultural Engineering and also holds MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

Yamini has 23 years of proven track record in Information Technology and Business Intelligence working for Leading Banking, Capital Markets, Retail and Telecom Clients. She has worked in various capacities managing large teams with multi-site, multi-vendor and multi-culture environments. She brings out Strong Delivery and Leadership expertise based on a foundation of technical expertise and Domain knowledge. She is part of Global Leadership team and played various roles in Delivery, Global Operations and Practice (Competency center). Being a Diversity Leader and Champion, she has been driving several D&I initiatives globally and in India.

Sumita Sinha is a Professional Electrical Engineer with 25 years of rich experience in design and detailed engineering in Oil& Gas, Fertilizer and Industrial Gas sectors.
She is a certified Energy Auditor, Corporate member of Institute of Engineers India and holds Six Sigma Green belt.
Her aspiration to learn and grow has not stopped her. She completed senior Management Program from IIM Ahmedabad and now is an alumini of IIM Ahmedabad.
She has a strong flair and passion for community work and presently holds position of Director- CSR in Rotary Club Aundh.
She has also started her own social venture called PINGORI FARMS to empower farmers of nearby villages of Pune.
